What we're testing
Crystal returned to service under new ownership with a refit fleet and a reimagined service model. We're sailing the Athens-to-Rome itinerary in September 2026 to test it ourselves before we recommend it to our luxury cruise clients for 2027.
On the audit list: refit suite finishes, the new specialty restaurants, butler and concierge service tiers, included beverages, on-board enrichment, and shore-excursion quality across the Greek islands and the Italian coast.
