From browsing inventory to embarkation day — five simple steps, one dedicated advisor.
Open our group bookings page and review the two tabs — TSV Exclusive Group Rates (hand-hosted sailings) and Agency Group Rates (cabin blocks across 11 cruise lines). Note the sailings, ships, and dates that fit your travel window.
Schedule a no-pressure 30-minute call with the advisor who specializes in your line — Sarah for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity, Melissa for Regent and Viking, Cana for Princess and Holland America. We confirm cabin availability and walk through the included perks.
Once you choose your sailing and cabin category, we send a secure reservation link. Deposits range from $100 to $250 per person for TSV Exclusive sailings; Agency Group Rate deposits follow each cruise line's standard group deposit policy.
We email written confirmation of every group perk attached to your booking — shipboard credit, GAP points, gratuities coverage, beverage packages, or specialty dining — along with your booking reference and final-payment date.
From dining reservations and shore excursions to pre-cruise hotels, transfers, and loyalty matching, your advisor stays with you through final payment, embarkation day, and the sailing itself. Questions during your cruise reach us directly.
Eric Riley leads our corporate, incentive, and nonprofit cruise practice — from 12-person executive retreats to association charters and 501(c) fundraiser sailings.
Group cruise rates are reduced per-person fares cruise lines release to travel agencies that pre-block cabins on a sailing. Travel Squad Vacations holds two types: TSV Exclusive Group Rates (hand-hosted sailings curated by our advisors) and Agency Group Rates (extra cabin blocks across Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Cunard, Holland America, Princess, Regent Seven Seas, Seabourn, Silversea, Viking Ocean, Azamara, and Windstar). You book directly with our agency to access them — they are not visible on cruise-line websites.
In most cases, yes. Group rates typically include either a lower base fare, added shipboard credit, additional GAP (Group Amenity Program) points, or perks like onboard credit per suite. For example, our Regent Seven Seas group blocks include US$400 group shipboard credit per suite, and Royal Caribbean group sailings include 2 additional GAP points that can be used toward gratuities, beverage packages, or onboard spend.
No. With Agency Group Rates, you book your own cabin within the agency-held block and travel independently — there is no hosted itinerary, no group dinners, and no shared activities required. With TSV Exclusive Group Rates, you join a hand-hosted sailing alongside other Travel Squad clients with optional curated experiences.
We currently hold exclusive agency group rates on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Cunard, Holland America, Princess Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, Seabourn, Silversea, Viking Ocean, Azamara, and Windstar Cruises, with sailings spanning the Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia, South Pacific, Antarctica, and transatlantic crossings through 2028.
Deposits vary by sailing and cruise line, typically ranging from $100 to $250 per person for our TSV Exclusive sailings. Agency Group Rate deposits follow each cruise line's standard group deposit policy. Cabins are released back to the cruise line on a rolling basis as the sailing approaches, so reserving early secures the rate.

Yes. Eric Riley at Travel Squad Vacations specializes in corporate retreats, training retreats, sales incentive trips, and employee reward travel. We have placed groups from 12-person executive retreats to full-ship charters across Alaska, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and Mexico, and we handle group contract negotiations, air coordination across multiple departure cities, room blocks, private dining, and on-site logistics.
Yes. We work with 501(c)(3) nonprofits and faith-based organizations to plan cruise fundraisers, donor appreciation trips, and major-gift incentive travel. Cruise fundraisers are an efficient model because the cruise line provides the venue, lodging, meals, and entertainment, while your organization keeps the per-cabin group commission or rebates it back into the campaign. Eric Riley leads our nonprofit cruise fundraiser practice and walks each organization through cabin blocks, fundraising structures, marketing materials, and on-board events.
Incentive travel is a performance-based reward program that funds a group trip for employees, donors, or volunteers who hit a specific goal. The Incentive Research Foundation reports travel rewards outperform cash bonuses in motivating behavior change by roughly 3 to 1, because the trip is public, tangible, and story-worthy in ways a bonus deposit is not. Most corporate programs land between $2,500 and $4,500 per person all-in. Read our full incentive travel planning guide for the cost framework, ROI metrics, and destination shortlist.
