Travel has been part of my family's story for years, and I officially stepped into planning travel professionally by helping my wife, Sarah Riley, serve her Travel Squad Vacations clients across the United States. What started as helping behind the scenes quickly grew into a passion for designing trips that create real impact—especially for organizations and teams that want their travel to do more than just check a destination off the list.

From my home base in Florida, I specialize in working with nonprofits and 501(c) organizations to raise money through cruise fundraisers and group getaways, as well as planning corporate and business travel such as company retreats, training retreats, incentive trips, and group travel. This includes MICE travel — Meetings, Incentives, and Events — for corporate groups that want their program to feel designed, not just booked.
